Cosmo dog park, Gilbert AZ

Voted best Dog park in America

Hey welcome to Cosmo dog Park. this is where I take my dogs about sunrise, or sunset. Never during the summer sun, to hot!!! This is a great place for the dogs to burn off some energy, and a better place to give them a bath. Rex my Australian Shepard, yes the kids named him after the dog in the movie babe, will not swim, however loves a long bath. Angelo, whom was named angel before he was fixed, we felt bad for the dog so we gave him a tough name, will swim like a fish. The only thing this park is missing is a beer garden.

San Tan Village Power Phase one in Gilbert AZ

Gilbert Sant Tan Village, all of your shopping needs ever

Phase one of San Tan village "Power" in Gilbert Arizona.

Really know one calls it Power. They know it as San Tan Village.

You can`t help but notice the 24/7 "Super Wall " right next to a Sam`s club... I never understood why they put those two so close together. You can shop at Wal mart, and then super-size yourself by going to the Warehouse version next door. Let`s not forget the Costco at the end of the block. being phase one this mall has all the anchor stores, across the street at Phase two we have all the designer boutiques. The San  Tan Village is a big tax base for Gilbert. I am seeing more homes sell down the street on Parkcrest, considering its location to the 202 and tons of food.

Rate hike in an election year?

Fed rate hike by the end of the year.

The Federal Reserve has decided to leave a key interest rate unchanged, bringing an end to a string of consecutive rate cuts aimed at keeping the country out of a deep recession. This is a big turning point. Will the fed raise rates to help ease inflation. Inflation being outrageous Gas prices, and with June`s floods in the Midwest, food prices that will continue to soar.

In my Opinion the fed is unable to ignore the inflation, no longer signs of inflation, but INFLATION. I am telling you this now, we will see a rate hike by the end of the year, Yes in an election year. They will be calling Ben the Fed chairman that stole Christmas.

Now I have spent 20 years watching the Fed. Seeing them now needing to lower rates to spark Save the housing industry, they can`t. It is the cost of diesel that has their focus now.  Inflation is almost as bad of a word as recession, in the feds eyes. For them not to lower rates they risk a greater chance of a stronger recession. Yes we are in a recession.

Hmm what to do?  it seems we need Food, and energy, be it electricity or gas, and of course Shelter. Where`s Alan Greenspan when you need him.

So rates are going higher,  talk with your loan officer, and lock in today's rates. Any 30 year under 6% is going to be golden in four months. If you are selling a house take into consideration that sooner than later it will cost the buyer more to buy.

Yes, I wish I was wrong.

Three Homes in Power Ranch for under 200K. These are NOT Short Sales, one is a Bank Owned

Power Ranch is a multi-award winning community. It was selected as the Best Master planned Community 2003, 2004 and 2005 by Ranking Arizona and ranked in the top five communities since 2003.
