I had a rather productive day today. Besides the emails and phone calls, I toured a handful of homes for a few buyers. Everyone wants a deal. Offered at $269,900. Now like all REO`s this home is going to need some work. For the right do it yourself`r, Some drywall work, and paint will be rewarded with some quick equity. Being consistent with most other Lender owned homes, the kitchen will require some updating, however it will be money well spent. If you are handy and looking for a good deal this home is worth a look. I am a real big fan of the giant courtyard entry.
